Hey there! 

I'm Jonelle and I help family caregivers navigate the healthcare system, find FREE community resources, and avoid burnout by practicing self-care without guilt, so you can provide the best possible care for your loved one and yourself.

I have over a decade of professional experience as caregiver, and I was also my Dad’s caregiver during his battle with Pancreatic Cancer. 

I intimately understand the challenges you face as the overwhelming day-to-day demands led me to rely on unhealthy coping mechanisms, numbing my pain, and neglecting my own self-care.

All which affected how I showed up for my Dad. 

It took almost 2 years after my Dad's passing for me to recognize the importance of prioritizing myself again. 

I discovered the power of self-care and gradually, I came back to myself  – mentally, physically, and emotionally.
